Oops, almost forgot to post. Can't imagine why, not like there's world-shattering events going on or something. (big sigh). anyway.

1. What are you currently reading?

I didn't have much reading time this week because my mom was visiting, but I still managed a bit. I'm more than halfway through Rose and Renaissance vol. 3 by Zhi Chu. 

2. What have you recently finished reading?

I read a couple graphic novels:

• Mismatched by Anne Camlin and Isadora Zeferino. A modern queer retelling of Emma. Nothing wrong with it in and of itself but I chose to read it even tho I hate Emma and yeah. I still hate Emma. 
• Barda by Ngozi Ukazu. A DC verse YA graphic novel new take on some DC characters I wasn't familiar with (I'm not much DC). I read this because Ngozi Ukazu and sure enough she never disappoints - I liked it.

I also read the next vol. of BNHA since I initially wrote this up this morning but eh I'll just include it next week.

3. What will you be reading next?

There's one more volume of Rose and Renaissance after this, so. that, definitely, for novels. For graphic novels, I've got a bunch of manga from the Japan Foundation that will be do soon, so I'll be reading at least some of that (Kimetsu no Yaiba vol. 1, Spy x Family vol. 1, I Think Our Son is Gay vol. 1, and Haikyuu vol. 14...I had a few holds become available at once, oops). My next physical graphic novel from the library is the new graphic novel of First Test by Tamora Pierce. I didn't grow up with Pierce's books but I have a lot of queer friends who describe them as formative for them, so I thought hey, might as well check it out (literally, from the library, and also figuratively, lol).
