Friday Five: Flowers
Oct. 4th, 2024 09:15 am1. What are your 5 favorite flowers?
Daffodils, violets, orchids, peonies, and jewelweed.
2. What do you like to do with flowers?
Grow them in pots or in my yard!
3. Do you like native flowers, domestic flowers, or a mix of both?
All flowers are good flowers, though invasives should kindly go home.
4. Do you grow flowers yourself, or just look at what grows elsewhere?
I do! I have a ton of houseplants, many of which flower, and a front and backyard with some flowers. I don't have as much time for it as I'd like, but I try.
5. Do you know (any version of) the Language of Flowers?
Not really. I've written several fics featuring language of flowers stuff but I don't have anything memorized, I always have to look it up.
